Preliminary Article: Definition of Terms

In the following Terms and Conditions, the terms below shall have the following meanings:

“Client” means a natural person of legal age with full legal capacity at the time of booking, or a legal entity duly represented by a natural person with the authority and legal capacity to represent it.

“Hotel” means Hôtel Le 10Bis.

“Company” means LE 10BIS, the company operating Hôtel Le 10Bis.

“Website” means the electronic service operated by LE 10BIS on the Internet and accessible at the address indicated in the preamble hereto.

“Booking Platform” means the electronic service connected to the Website allowing online reservations for Hôtel Le 10Bis.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the above-mentioned Website.

The Client acknowledges having received all necessary information to make an informed decision and complete their reservation on this website.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made on the Hotel’s Website by individual clients.

They do not apply to professional clients who have signed a specific agreement.

Any reservation made via the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the selected rate.

Acceptance becomes final once validated online by the Client.

The Client acknowledges understanding these Terms and Conditions written in French and/or English.

The Website notably provides:

photographs for illustrative purposes

prices including VAT but excluding tourist tax

applicable tourist tax

Reservations are made strictly for personal use.

II. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of reservations made via the Website and the Booking Platform.

III. Duration

These Terms and Conditions apply for the entire duration during which the services are available online.

LE 10BIS may modify them at any time.

The applicable version is the one in force on the date of reservation.

IV. Reservation

Reservations are limited to legally competent adults.

The Client may book a maximum of 4 rooms for the same date.

Beyond this limit, Group conditions apply.

The Client is responsible for their selection.

All reservations are personal and non-transferable.

V. Booking Process

Reservations are made via the “Book” button on the Website.

The Client selects:

room type

additional services

rate

The Client provides personal and payment details.

The reservation is confirmed by email.

VI. Cancellation or Modification Conditions

Non-refundable / non-cancellable rate: no refund possible.

Flexible rate: cancellation possible according to the selected rate conditions.

Fees may apply.

Any request must be addressed directly to Hôtel Le 10Bis.

In the event of force majeure or unavailability, the Hotel may offer:

a superior room

or equivalent accommodation

VII. Stay at the Hotel

A valid ID may be required upon arrival.

Failure to provide it may result in cancellation without compensation.

The Client agrees to behave respectfully.

Any damage or missing items will be charged.

All rooms are non-smoking.

A penalty of up to the cost of one night may be applied.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM

Check-out: before 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

VIII. Guarantees

The Hotel is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

IX. Liability

Website content is protected by intellectual property rights.

LE 10BIS declines all liability for indirect damages.

External links are the responsibility of their respective publishers.

Any fraudulent reservation will be cancelled.

Inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion without compensation.

X. Prices

Prices are displayed including VAT but excluding tourist tax.

Payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise specified.

A credit card is required as a guarantee.

Tourist tax is payable on site.

Extras and damages may be charged to the credit card provided.

XI. Payment

Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, subject to display.

The credit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival.

An ID may be required.

An invoice will be issued on site or by email.

For corporate invoices: payment due within 3 days.

Late payment will result in statutory penalties and a fixed compensation fee of €40.

XII. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations, including GDPR.

The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their data.

Data may be used for marketing purposes unless the Client objects.

XIII. Proof Agreement

Online validation constitutes an electronic signature.

XIV. Force Majeure

No liability shall arise in the event of force majeure.

XV. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

XVI. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

XVII. Modification

LE 10BIS may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
